Our History
Built on the Land
Founded in 2008, 3TCI, Inc. was built with one goal: deliver precise, legally defensible surveys that South Florida clients can build on. Based in Miami at 12211 SW 129th Ct, we've built our reputation on accuracy, professionalism, and knowing the local landscape inside and out.
Our firm holds Florida Surveying & Mapping License LB7799. Every survey is performed by or under the direct supervision of Felix E. Suarez Jr., Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM LS7235) — giving you the confidence that your project is in qualified hands.
